Scholarships and Global Education Grants
Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarships were replaced by Global Education Grants starting in 2013. See the PowerPoint presentation “Comparing Ambassadorial Scholarships & Global Education Grants” located in Downloads.
We highly encourage Clubs to take advantage of this opportunity to make educational dreams a reality for students seeking post-graduate study while at the same time supporting one of the six Rotary Areas of Focus: Peace and conflict prevention/resolution; Disease prevention and treatment; Water and sanitation; Maternal and child health; Basic education and literacy; or Economic and community development. Any Club that has obtained certification is eligible to sponsor a candidate.
Also available in Downloads are the 2015-16 Scholar Application for Global Education Grants and an Education Grant Checklist.
