Canyon Lake Rotary invites everyone to its 15th annual “Romantic Rendezvous” Dinner and Dance on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at the New Braunfels Civic Center. All can have fun taking chances to win with opportunities available in the form of silent auctions, raffles, drawings, and live auctions.
Sit down to a “Romantic” dinner from a choice of entrees including complimentary drinks (wine, beer, and sodas). The “Rendezvous” occurs when you take your partner out on the dance floor for a little two-stepping to the live music of “Cactus Country”.
CLR does this every year to raise funds for its Scholarship Program where 4-year cash scholarships are awarded to local high school students bound for Texas colleges, universities, or technical schools. Once scholarship goals are met, the club supports local community needs such as expanding the local community garden, or providing medical supplies to a free clinic, or installing warehouse shelving and walk-in refrigeration to our local food bank, or benches to support our local walking trails. Many of these efforts are provided with the club’s own sweat equity as well as funds. Our community will be greatly blessed by your support and our club would deeply appreciate your participation.
