SA West Rotarians kicked off an Alzheimer's program series at the senior living community Blue Skies of Texas by hosting the head of the top research institute in Texas, the Biggs Institute in San Antonio. Biggs Director Dr. Sudha Sehadri is pictured with club PE Dan Van Syoc and PN Jane Luke Hill.
At the conclusion of the event, the Rotary club presented a contribution of $27,000 raised for researchers at Biggs. The monies came from district clubs this year that included SA West Alzheimer's Project speakers at club meetings and other SA West fundraisers.
