In a true spirit of service above self, the Rotary Club of Del Rio organized a heartfelt event in four days, the Rotary Rally for Kerrville, to support neighbors affected by the devastating floods that recently struck Kerrville and surrounding communities. Held at the Whitehead Museum, the rally featured a lively and uplifting atmosphere, with a free community concert, food, refreshments, and a well-supported silent auction.
The event brought together residents from across Del Rio and beyond, united in their compassion and generosity. Thanks to the overwhelming support from attendees, local businesses, and sponsors, the Rotary Club of Del Rio proudly announced that the rally raised an impressive $11,076.59. These funds will be directed to assist flood victims in Kerrville as they rebuild and recover from the recent disaster.
