The Eagle Pass Rotary Club delivered dinner to the residents of El Centenario, a public housing facility on Saturday, February 20th. The residents are primarily seniors and were severely impacted by the notorious winter storm that hit Texas last month.
Many of the seniors depend on meals from the adult daycares they attend but the facilities were closed due to the storm. Furthermore, much of their food spoiled due to the power outage. The Eagle Pass Rotary Club as well as co-sponsor, Parilla de San Miguel, made hot meals possible for them and delivered them with a smile.
