Inbound students to District 5840 all arrived safely and gathered in New Braunfels the weekend of August 25-27 to share in fun, fellowship and learning at the District Sponsored Inbound Orientation.
DG Monica attended the opening session on Friday night to offer support and congratulations to those in attendance. Meanwhile, the District's 2023 short term students have completed their time abroad during the summer and Long term students have begun their exchanges which are expected to last until June of 2024. Applications for both Short and Long term exchanges in 2024-25 were due on September 15, but the Committee will try to work with any late applicants. Outbound interviews will be held in New Braunfels on October 14.
