What is your club doing to make February Special??? 1. How about challenging every member to bring a guest this month and then put those member's names in a drawing for a gift card or other prize?
2. What a great time to make Individual Calls to all members who did not attend a meeting in January!!! Check on them and invite them back to meetings / networking! Split up the list so everyone only has to make 4-5 calls!
3. Encourage every member to wear their Rotary Pin to every meeting this month, as well as throughout that day! Many will then have the opportunity to talk to someone about what Rotary is, does and means!
4. Don't forget, there is a Membership Chair Workshop on February 27th @ 5:30pm. Topics include: Alumni, New Clubs, Retention, Recruitment, Rotaract, Service Companion Clubs, Best Practices and the Membership Olympics.
