Pete Siegel, Past President of the Airport Rotary Club and District 5840 International Fellowship of Scouting Rotarians (IFSR) Coordinator, presented a IFSR Eagle Scout Recognition Certificate on November 16, 2021, to Eagle Scout R. Garcia, Troop 3982, San Antonio.
She is Troop 3982's first Eagle Scout, and the 51st Eagle Scout for Troop 398, the parent troop of the girl troop. She is a member of the Scouts BSA inaugural class of female Eagle Scouts and the Alamo Area Council's fifth female Eagle Scout. She is a senior at James Madison High School and is planning a career in nursing.
