It's mid December and almost the 6 month mark for our Rotary 2023-2024 year! This is the time for Club Membership Chairs and Presidents to review their rosters and ensure that they are accurate.
WAIT! Before you even consider removing a member, please reach out to them personally or have a member of your club who knows them well make a phone call! (Emails are not the same!)
Now is a great time to talk to each of your members individually and ask them about their satisfaction with being a member of your club ... BEFORE you have to think about losing them as a member of your club!
Questions like ...
- Is there some way that you would like to get more involved? Is there something that our club can do to make this possible?
- Is our club meeting your needs? If the answer is no, then talk about how you can help make this happen, or even refer them to a different club that lines up more with their areas of interest or meeting times! Keep them in Rotary!!!
- Is there a Service Project that our club should consider that you are personally passionate about? Would you be willing to work on a committee to make this happen?
- How can we match your skill set with one of our existing service projects?
- Is there something you would like our club to do better?
