Barbara Baldwin, a member of the San Antonio Dominion Rotary Club, is passionate about "Safety Whys", a program she developed for training babysitters. So much so, she had a table at the 2017 Atlanta International Convention.
"Safety Whys", working with the San Antonio Chapter of the Emergency Nurses Association, offer boys and girls, 11-17 years of age, a seven hour course that includes nurses, firefighters and law enforcement.
