Morgan's Wonderland More Delightful than Frightful

To All District 5840 Members & Friends:
It is that time again.  Are we ready to help our currently projected attendance of 3500 handicapped children at Morgan's Wonderland on Halloween evening October 31, 2018?  Hopefully the answer is - YES WE ARE!!
 
We are in need of:
  • Volunteers to work the event (Application)
  • Candy Donations
  • Monetary Donations to purchase the Candy

The doors will open this year at 4:30pm.  The volunteer sessions will be from 4:15p-6:30p and 6:15p-8:45p.  Please arrive at the Park at least 15 minutes before your shift starts.  We will put 2 adults at each table (we have 12 tables) along with 1  Interact Volunteer for each shift.  I will need 24 Adults to Volunteer for each shift to man the tables.  I will also need 2 Volunteers for each shift at the Volunteer Sign-In table at the front door. 
 
Our Interact Groups and Mike Canales will once again be assisting for this great event. 
 
Lisa Herring, PDG, Jan Livingston, PDG or myself will be very happy to come and pick up your donations of Candy and/or Monetary donations. 
 
If you are a Club outside of the San Antonio Area and wish to make a monetary donation (We need all we can get), please make out your checks to Morgan's Wonderland and put in Comments: Candy Donation - Rotary Halloween Night! We only have a short period of time to get this done so PLEASE approach your Club and FRIENDS as soon as possible.
