The Rotary Club of Wimberley is happy to announce the winner and runner up of the first Rotary Loves Readers contest of the school year. This challenge asked Danforth Junior High students to write journal entries based on a recently read novel.
The runner up with her diary about Resistance was 6th grader, Ava Arellano. Ava received $50. The winner of a crisp $100 bill was 7th grader, Wyatt Yeatter, for his journal entry from Maze Runner. Congratulations to Ava and Wyatt.
