San Marcos Rotary Secretary, Julie Hollar, stands beside the clubs first mini library, installed at Victory Gardens Park in San Marcos.
Hollar is also Executive Director of the Youth Service Bureau, in San Marcos, which was a partner for this service project. A second mini library was installed next to the YSB.
