This past Saturday we had 35 attendees for our RLI. There were 21 in Part I, 8 in Part II and 6 in Part III. We had 2 attendees from out of our district. Facilitators included 3 Past District Governors and the current District Governor.
We observed a moment of silence for David Flack, who passed away suddenly last week. He was one of the original District Facilitators and will be missed by the team. District RLI Chair, Craig Hardy, moderated the sessions, introducing the facilitators and hosting coffee in the morning and lunch and cookies in the afternoon.
Lunch included presentations about District Leadership opportunities and the Global Rewards Program.
Overall, the day was a great success; filled with knowledge sharing and enthusiasm. Plans are to schedule the next session for early January 2020.
