Kerrville Rotary held their yearly program that provides Citizenship Awards to area fifth grade students.
We were able to give out $25,000 in scholarships to 25 students. Also Toby Appleton with Schreiner University announced that each of the students would receive a $5,000.00 per year college scholarship for four years if they choose to go to Schreiner.
