News From Around District 5840
DG Monica Gutierrez's September Message
August started with some great news from our Rotary Regional Membership Chair Alex Johnson. He informed me that D5840 was the only District in Zone 25B to have ended the RY22-23 with a gain in membership. This is the result of an outstanding effort from our District Membership Team last year that I know will continue this year.

Support for Maui

August 9, 2023 was a tragic day for our Rotarians, families and friends on the Island of Maui. The fires across the island have changed lives forever. Truly devastating. Our sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted.

As people of action, we can take immediate action. As we come together to recover and rebuild, we need to support each other. Rotary District 5000 Foundation has created a special relief fund for the victims. Click here to donate.
