The San Marcos Rotary Casino Night raised $20,000 for the Damphousse Endowment that provides scholarships for young people at Texas State University who were once in the Texas foster care system. The event also raised $5,000 for other club service projects for the coming year.
The Diamond Raffle netted $4,700 for club service projects. Late last fall the club also raised $2,500 at the club’s Holiday Party that will be donated to San Marcos School Fuel, benefitting food insecure K-12 students.
