The Rotary Club of Wimberley announced the winner and runner-up of the first Rotary Loves Readers contest of the. 2025-2026 school year on Thursday, November 20. The contests are held quarterly. This challenge asked students to write about a book that influenced their lives, how it influenced them, and about the lessons they learned. The runner up with his entry on White Bird was 6th grader Mason Myane. Mason received a $50 bill. (pictured above)
